Mr. Parth Kotak
Founder & Chief Investment Officer
Mr. Parth Kotak is the Founder & Chief Investment Officer of Plus91 Asset Management, focused on democratizing access to high-quality, institutional-grade portfolio management for Indian investors. He brings with him a deep passion for capital markets and a strong track record across both buy-side and sell-side roles.
Before founding Plus91, Parth served as Senior Analyst and Head of Fundamental Research at Alpha Plus Capital Services, a Mumbai-based family office, where he played a key role in shaping the firm’s investment philosophy and research-driven approach. Earlier in his career, Parth gained diverse experience across the financial services landscape, having worked in buy-side advisory at Keynote Financial Services Ltd, and on the sell-side with The Investment Trust of India and PhillipCapital India Pvt. Ltd.
With early exposure to capital markets and financial operations, Parth combines deep-rooted market intuition with institutional rigor. Through Plus91, he is committed to building a world-class asset management platform that brings disciplined, research-led investing to a broader audience.
Chetna Kotak is a seasoned cost accountant with a distinguished track record in driving operational excellence and strategic growth. Her career commenced at Narmada Cement, where she played a pivotal role during its acquisition by Larsen & Toubro (L&T). Following the acquisition, she continued to contribute significantly to L&T’s business strategy and operations, earning recognition for her analytical rigor and leadership.
Fueled by an entrepreneurial spirit, Chetna later entered the logistics sector, where she successfully established and scaled a high-performing business. Under her leadership, the venture achieved notable growth and was acquired in 2022—testament to her ability to build scalable, value-driven enterprises.
Today, Chetna brings her deep expertise and strategic vision to Plus91, where she plays a key leadership role in shaping the firm's direction. Her commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth continues to be a driving force behind Plus91’s success.
